Overview:
This campaign was designed to help a B2B company generate leads by reaching operational leadership who are responsible for making hiring and resource allocation decisions. The messaging highlighted how the right resourcing partner could help businesses strengthen their teams, improve efficiency, and scale effectively.

What I Did:
I built a full-funnel LinkedIn strategy that combined both push and pull marketing. First, I ran broad awareness ads to get the message in front of as many decision makers as possible. From there, I layered in remarketing campaigns and drip strategies to re-engage people who interacted with the ads or had shown interest in similar services. I also refined the audience targeting to focus on executives and managers at small-to-mid sized companies with steady growth, ensuring we reached the people most likely to convert.

Results:
The campaign delivered strong results with over 232,000 impressions, 26,000 clicks, and an 11.4% click-through rate, far exceeding LinkedIn benchmarks. Most importantly, it generated 129 qualified leads in a short period of time, giving the company a strong pipeline of potential clients directly tied to their ideal audience.
