Project Type: Event Sub-Site + Branding Collateral
Platform: Integrated Directly on Main Website (using WordPress / Beaver Builder)
Overview:
Embark Aviation needed an online presence for their annual EPIC Conference that would provide attendees with all the key details in one place. They also needed simple branding elements to tie the event together across digital and physical touchpoints.
What I Did:
Branding: For the branding, I designed a simple event logo that incorporated elements of Embark’s main logo while highlighting the date and location. This gave the conference a recognizable identity that felt connected to the parent brand. To support the in-person experience, I also created branded collateral including pull-up banners, table sheets, and other event materials, ensuring the branding was consistent from the website to the venue.

Website: Instead of building out a separate subdomain, I created a dedicated sub-site that lived directly on their main website. The event site included pages for the agenda, speakers, accommodations, and general conference information, all laid out clearly for prospective attendees to review before signing up. Alongside the site, I designed a simple event logo featuring the date and location, giving the conference a recognizable identity.

Collateral: To support the in-person experience, I also created branded collateral including pull-up banners, table sheets, and other event materials, ensuring the branding was consistent from the website to the venue.

Results:
The streamlined event site made it easy for attendees to access conference information ahead of time, while the branded visuals gave the event a polished, professional identity. By keeping the site integrated on Embark’s main website, it also reduced complexity for the client while ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.
